Mission Background
Our Deepest Resolve

The Heart of SafeTown

AnimalSafeTown was born from a simple observation: our towns are growing, but our empathy is lagging. We are here to bridge that gap through radical action and compassionate infrastructure.

WE SPEAK
FOR THE
SILENT

AnimalSafeTown is a coalition of biologists, rescuers, and citizens dedicated to reclaiming urban spaces for nature.

Our Roots

Founded in 2012 by a group of wildlife veterinarians who saw an increase in urban-related injuries that went untreated by municipal services.

Our Vision

A world where the boundary between "human space" and "animal habitat" is replaced with a symbiotic, safe coexistence.

Our Work
Mission

Our Mission

We strive to create a city where wildlife and humans coexist safely. Through rescue operations, habitat restoration, and public education, our mission is to transform urban areas into safe corridors for all species.

Each project is carefully designed to reduce stress for animals, educate communities, and influence policy for long-term ecological sustainability.

OUR MISSION PILLARS

01

Tactical
Rescue

Our field teams operate 24/7, responding to calls of neglect, entrapment, and injury. We provide on-site triage and transport to our specialist clinics.

02

Urban
Sanctuaries

We work with local councils to designate "Safe Zones" where high-risk species can rest, feed, and nest without human interference or threat.

03

Education
& Reform

Changing hearts through data. We run school workshops and lobby for legislative changes that protect local biodiversity from overdevelopment.

04

Habitat Restoration

Rehabilitating degraded urban parks, waterways, and green corridors to encourage wildlife repopulation and biodiversity growth.

05

Community Engagement

Hosting workshops, volunteer programs, and awareness campaigns to empower citizens as active protectors of urban wildlife.

06

Research & Innovation

Conducting cutting-edge studies on urban wildlife behavior and applying innovative solutions to reduce human-wildlife conflicts.
